    The application for this event takes place via the Wiwi-Portal. Registration opens at the beginning of September, and the application deadline is October 13th, 2025. After receiving confirmation from our side, you will have three days to accept the offer in the Wiwi portal. Otherwise, your place will be given to someone else.

    The kick-off meeting will take place on October 27, 2025, at 14:00. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory.

    In addition, we offer three in-person sessions (each 13:00–14:30) as an introduction to scientific working. The three sessions are as follows:

    November 3, 2025: Introduction to scientific writing and philosophy of science

    November 10, 2025: Introduction to literature research

    December 1, 2025: Introduction to academic presenting.
