The lecture „Enterprise hospital“ presents internal organization structures, work conditions and work environments at the example of hospitals und relates this to common and expected conditions of other service industries. Covered topics include normative environment, intra-organizational structure, personnel management, quality, external net-working and market appearance. Students have the possibility to participate in a final exam.
