Information on recommendations

Professor Nickel is willing to write a recommendation, if one of the following requirements is given:

• you have passed at least one examination in our Diploma or Bachelor specialization program and you have an GPA better than 2.0 with respect to our courses , or

• you are or were a student assistant at our chair, or

• you have attended a seminar of our chair with at least 1.7.

If none of th specified requirements is fulfilled, no recommendation can be written.

Note that the minimum processing time is approx. 3 weeks. Hence, requests on recommendations have to be posed on time with respect to the Minimum processing time.

Please send your request for a recommendation letter with the following documents/information to: mail

• Transcript of records
• Curriculum vitae
• All necessary forms for the scholarship
• Language for recommendation letter (German or English)
• Deadline of the institution receiving the recommendation  ​
