The lecture „Hospital Management“ presents internal organization structures, work conditions and work environments at the example of hospitals und relates this to common and expected conditions of other service industries. Covered topics include normative environment, intra-organizational structure, personnel management, quality, external net-working and market appearance. The assessment consists of compulsory attendance on all three dates, a thesis composition and a final exam.
